Directory Entry: 
A traditionally managed farm in Newmarket, North Cork, we produce organic beef, lamb, pork and bacon. We have a small Aberdeen Angus suckler herd of cows, a flock of sheep producing Texel lambs, and our pigs are Duroc/Saddleback cross. Our pork is a Bridgestone Award winner. We have been selected as an organic demonstration farm.
